We have clients in many different countries, shipping costs are not included in tea prices. We do not upcharge on shipping. All shipping will go to our clients directly from Korea with the exception of those in the USA. To reduce shipping costs, all teas for USA clients will be shipped together to our headquarters. From there your teas will repacked and shipped to you. We found that this saves shipping costs for all of our clients. We attempt to keep both the cost of our teas and shipping as close to our cost as possible. We are not an online tea shop. We are a Korean tea educational site that annually offers tea on a pre-buy basis. Online tea shops include shipping costs from their producers to their company. They are able to do that because they buy their teas on speculation and then sell them to their customers after it arrives in their shop. They are for-profit companies and don’t mind making a profit on the shipping too. Morning Crane Tea is not an online tea shop.
We operate at very little profit and have no idea of the cost of shipping to us because we have no idea how much tea will be ordered and every shipment cost is different.
You will be billed separately for shipping once the teas are obtained and before we send them to you.
